10ozIdaho potatoes
1/2cTomato -- chopped
3/4ozCrumbled feta cheese
1tbNonfat sour cream
 pnDried dill

In small bowl combine potato flesh, tomato, feta, sourcream and dill. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until hot.
